What counts. And what never does.
Counted
One of your signed-in customers in whose session an AI agent acted. Once a month, however often they come back and however many requests the agent makes.
Never counted
Visitors who are not signed in, bots and crawlers, and people using your app themselves. An attack cannot raise your bill: it would need real customer accounts.
Never a broken app
Past a limit or with an empty balance you keep full protection for 14 days, and we tell you first. After that OneHuman watches and records until the month is covered. Your app keeps working either way.
An example. A SaaS app with 20,000 users, where 3% use an AI agent in a month: 600 agent-active customers. Pay as you go: $250 that month. Growth: $299, with room up to 1,000.
Questions
Can I run OneHuman without paying?
Yes, on the free plan: create a free API key in the portal and add it to your server. It licenses your deployment for up to 100 agent-active customers a month. Without a key OneHuman runs only on localhost, for development; on a real domain it lets requests through untouched.
What happens at the free limit, or when my balance runs out?
You keep full protection for 14 days. If the month is still not covered after that, OneHuman switches to watch-only: it records every agent and what it would have done, and stops enforcing until a plan or a top-up covers the month, or the next month starts. Your app never breaks. We e-mail you at 80% of the free limit, at the limit, and before the switch.
Do bots or attacks count?
No. Only signed-in customers count, once a month each. A flood of bots or crawlers is never billed.
How do I pay?
In the portal, under Plan & usage, choose a plan. We send payment details (card or bank transfer) within a working day and switch the plan on as soon as it is paid. Invoices are from OneHuman Inc.
Is the 30-day AI agent report free?
Yes, on every plan. It runs in watch-only mode, blocks nothing and needs no card.
Our servers may not call out. Can we still run it?
Yes. Enterprise deployments get a license file from us that works fully offline: no call to the portal, nothing leaves your network.
We are a bank. How does a pilot work?
Book a call. For our first banks: a 90-day pilot at no cost, then an annual contract, with a discount in the first year for a case study.
