1. About this policy
This policy explains how OneHuman Inc. ("OneHuman", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on onehuman.ai, including the dashboard at onehuman.ai/portal. It does not cover the onehumanai software that our customers run on their own servers. That software is described on our Trust and privacy page.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, keep data in your browser in the same way. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of them.
3. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for the site to work. They cannot be switched off in our cookie settings. We do not use them for advertising or to follow you across other websites.

Two further cookies, oh_admin and oh_lab, are set only for OneHuman staff on internal pages.
4. Preferences stored in your browser
These items remember choices you make on the site. They are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

5. Optional cookies
Optional cookies are used only if you allow them.

The preview image of a video is loaded from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com) before you allow the player. Loading the image does not place cookies in your browser.
6. What we do not use
- Advertising or marketing cookies.
- Third-party analytics. We count visits on our own server without any cookie. The Trust and privacy page lists what that record contains.
- Cookies that track you across other websites.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies.
7. Your choices
You can change your choices at any time with Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the live demos and the dashboard will not work.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
